Nitzan Adler
Founder & CEO
Hi, I’m Nitzan. I bring over a decade of hands-on experience from the heart of the Israeli startup ecosystem. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with early-stage startups and established organizations, helping them navigate challenges like turning ideas into reality, scaling products, and driving growth.

I’ve worked directly with startups to refine their strategies, built deal flow pipelines for investors, and managed end-to-end processes—from sourcing opportunities and making decisions to executing plans. One of the things I enjoy most is taking an idea and turning it into measurable results.

Beyond my professional experience, I’m a proud father of four daughters and a reservist in the Israeli military, where I’ve served over 200 days in the past year alone. Balancing my work, family, and service has shaped how I approach challenges—with focus, resilience, and a commitment to making an impact.

Today, I bring all of this together through Fractional Partner—a consulting service I founded to help startups, entrepreneurs, and organizations grow. Whether it’s laying the groundwork, leading projects, or driving long-term change, I’m here to help you achieve meaningful results.

Oded Adler
VP Business Development
Like my brother Nitzan, I believe in creating impact—whether it’s through entrepreneurship, community work, or service. I’ve spent the past decade at the intersection of social change, education, and tech, leading initiatives that bring people together and build lasting value.
I began my journey working with youth as a regional manager at SAHI, an inspiring grassroots organization that empowers teens from underserved backgrounds to give back to their communities through acts of kindness.
From there, I transitioned into leadership roles at Ben-Gurion University, managing diverse teams and overseeing student programs that touched thousands of lives.
Today, I’m part of Tech7, one of Israel’s leading startup hubs based in the south. Through our accelerator programs—including a newly launched Homeland Security track—I work closely with startups, government agencies, and ecosystem players to drive innovation and grow the next wave of Israeli tech.
Outside of work, I proudly serve in Egoz, an elite IDF unit, and was recently called up during the war alongside my brother. Service is a big part of who I am—so is family, and building things that matter.
